Annet Mahendru

Mahendru, a Russian-Indian mother is born in Afghanistan. Mahendru speaks fluent German Russian English, French Persian as well as Hindi. Annet Mahendru was born to an Indian father and mother of a Russian mother. She choreographed her 11 year old show that resulted in a German TV appearance as the Russian Snow Maiden. She transforms into an energetic Indian Dancer. Her high school graduation was successful with a bachelor's diploma from the Department of English in New York. Following high school, she attended classes in acting at HB but left for improv at Groundlings School. She then played a variety of roles in comedy. Her family was brought up within Kabul Afghanistan by a Hindu/Indian father Ghanshan Mahendru, as well as Russian-speaking mom Olga. Her father moved her to East Meadow, New York when she was thirteen and a half years old. She appears on FX's The Americans alongside Matthew Rhys. Her role on FX's The Americans as Nina Sergeevna Krilova is perhaps her most memorable TV performance. Her recurring appearance on Fox's The Following and NBC's The Blacklist.
